Suzanne Evans - Founder

I’m a mom, wife, sister, entrepreneur, and risk taker from North Carolina. My work blends business, strategy, lifestyle, and storytelling in a way that allows people to build businesses that shape the world to be a better place. The process of momship and business ownership and life has been a delicious mix of messy, exhilarating, devastating, and exciting moments. Along the way we have gotten some of it right, hitting the Inc 500/5000 for five straight years and landing #5 on the NY Times Bestseller List. We’ve also messed a lot of things up. It positions us perfectly to help more good people do more good work in the world.

 

Melonie Orr - President

Always irreverent and brutally honest, I disrupt any business conversation I enter by making it more logical, less emotional, and more profitable. I follow this approach because I know that making the logical best decision will always yield the best results. I left my job as Marketing Director for the nation’s largest Not-For-Profit Educational Theater to run all things Driven Inc, to the tune of over $7 million a year. By helping people realize their potential, I believe anyone can build a profitable brand.

 

 

Amanda Evans - CEO

As the CEO of Driven Inc., I help my clients build businesses that stand out and let them reap the rewards of entrepreneurship. Since 2004, I’ve worked in leadership roles with various organizations in the Washington, DC area. In 2015, I decided to join Suzanne Evans in order to help entrepreneurs build their brands and make a lasting impact.

 

 

 

Brian Stark - COO

 After nearly 25 years in the entertainment industry, working with everyone from The Rolling Stones to Itzhak Perlman, he decided to leave entertainment, New York City and begin his own coaching business. 2008 was not the best time to start a business, and he wound up over six-figures in debt, hired Suzanne Evans, and turned the business around - really fast. Making six-figures in just 8 months, and multiple six figures in 18 months. After coaching with Suzanne for 3 1/2 years as a client, she asked him to coach one of her higher level programs and to do sales for her. A year and half later he started doing more and more content creation for the company's events, programs and products and in November of 2016, became COO of the company.

Since 2005 I’ve worked with thousands of entrepreneurs and thought leaders all over the world, including CEOs of Inc. 500 companies, authors, and service-based professionals such as coaches, consultants, and wellness practitioners. In 2015, my wife, Melanie, and I fulfilled a lifelong dream and moved full-time to Amsterdam, where we enjoy classical music, art, and bicycling through the Dutch countryside.

As the Creative Director for Driven Media, I specialize in delivering digital content, video, and marketing, I help my clients build a sustainable business, make a greater impact, and reap the rewards. Since 2012, I’ve made video content for hundreds of entrepreneurs and companies, including NBC/Universal, along with service-based professionals such as coaches, consultants, and wellness practitioners.
